Do you want to learn more about what can be done to address the high levels of youth unemployment, both locally and worldwide?

Then come join the TVET Council (TVETC) Barbados on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 8 p.m. on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/worldskillsbarbados/ for a livestreamed panel discussion on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) - The way forward! 

The livestreamed panel discussion forms part of the activities taking place in July in observance of World Youth Skills Day (WYSD) on July 15th.

The four-member panel will comprise:

  1. Henderson Eastmond, Executive Director, TVET Council (TVETC)
  2. Brittany Brathwaite, Barbados Employers Confederation (BEC)
  3. Akel Bailey, Barbados’ representative to the International TVET Youth Forum
  4. Kareem Payne, Youth Agri-preneurship Incubator Programme.

The moderator will be Meshia Clarke of the Barbados Renewable Energy Association (BREA).
