A minimum of a Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent qualification

A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years current, practical experience which involved performing activities defined in the occupational standards, or,

A minimum of one (1) year’s experience as a trainer, instructor or manager and with at least three (3) years competence in the occupational area of the standards.

An in-depth knowledge of the occupational standards of the N/CVQs to be verified.
